The Office Hotel, located close to Wynyard station and King Street Wharf, is the venue that can cater for all of your needs. Downstairs has a versatile large open planned area encasing a newly renovated TAB, intimate function room and an outside area suitable for groups of all sizes. Upstairs enjoy a large outside balcony along with a comfortable inside area too.

FREE ROOM HIRE CONDITIONS

Free room hire is based on a 5 hour period and is dependant upon the following;

– A food package must be ordered from the functions menu.

– Minimum numbers for full hire of Balcony Bar 150 Pax

DEPOSITS

In order to secure your booking a $200 deposit is required to be paid within 7 days of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit is received and you have returned a signed copy of the acceptance of the terms and conditions. All deposits are non-refundable.

PAYMENT

Full payment of your function must be made 7 days prior to the event. Payment methods include amex, visa, mastercard or cash. Credit card guarantee. Credit card details are required in the case of property damage, theft or additional extras. You will be notified prior to any amount being charged to your credit card. Credit Card details will be destroyed after the successful completion of your function.

DECORATIONS

Please feel free to put decorations up for your function. Limitations do apply, please discuss this with your function organiser.

FINAL NUMBERS

Final numbers to be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. Confirmed numbers to be paid for in full.

MINORS

Please let your function organiser know if any minors will be present at your function as strict regulations are in place for any person under the age of 18.

INTOXICATION & OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR

The venue has a strict policy on intoxication and offensive behaviour. Any person deemed to be intoxicated or behaving in an offensive manner will be asked to leave the premises. Please work with us in preventing this from happening.

SECURITY CHARGES

All 18th and 21st birthday parties require a security officer to be present. The fee is $50 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours.

DAMAGES

You will be responsible for any damages caused by your guests during the event.

Please take the time to download our functions package, fill out and sign the forms.

LIABILITY

Whilst all care is taken, The Office Hotel will not take any responsibility for the loss or damage to any property or decorations left on the premises prior to, during or after the event.
